The company's first corporate bond issuance, issued in 2019 and listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2020, was successfully repaid at the end of 2023. Artprint intends to utilize the funding raised through the second issuance for investments and working capital.
"We want a diversification of funding sources through a corporate bond issue, our second initiative of this kind. We have chosen capital market financing to solidify a long-term partnership with investors who have been with us in recent years. The company is undergoing a continuous process of transformation and innovation. Some of the resources will be used for investments to replace equipment that has reached the end of its useful lifecycle. Thus, we aim to stabilize the production process and increase productivity," said Cezar - Alexandru Răsuceanu, President Artprint.
