In the National Top of Romanian Private Companies, a ranking issued exclusively based on the financial performance of private companies, Atalian Romania was awarded the 1st PLACE in four categories: profit, turnover, productivity and overall performance.
The ranking, carried out by IMM Romania, annually recognizes the efforts and achievements of top companies that actively contribute to the development of the national economy, being an event dedicated to excellence and innovation.
The accolades within the Top 2024 IMM România were awarded following the analysis of 855,000 businesses, Atalian Romania obtaining four large enterprises distinctions at national level for the 6832 CAEN activity field, i.e. real estate administration based on a commission or contract: 1st PLACE - Overall Performance, 1st PLACE - Productivity, 1st PLACE - Turnover, 1st PLACE - Gross Profit.
"I particularly value these awards because they are based on clear figures and not on subjective judgments. Everything was transparent, the criteria clear and the awards ceremony was full of good taste and style," said Cora Cristescu, CEO of Atalian Romania.
Atalian Romania closed 2024 with a 26.5% increase in turnover compared to the 2023 financial results which were the actual figures considered for the Top SME 2024 awards, i.e. a turnover of €23,330,000, a net profit of €950,000 with an annual average of 735 employees.
Currently, Atalian Romania manages more than 300 working points: 80 office buildings, 10 factories, a residential complex and a supermarket chain.
