Phase I construction works at Quartier Azuga are well underway, around 6 months from handover to clients, with two-thirds of apartment units already pre-contracted. The project offers a diverse range of units, including unique apartments with large gardens and terraces. Phase II will introduce spacious duplex-type units positioned by the lake shore in a quiet and private setting. Quartier Azuga is renowned for its commitment to sustainability, featuring Green Homes pre-certification and compliance with the nZEB standard, which promises residents high-quality living with significant savings in utility costs and a reduced carbon footprint.

“We are delighted to announce that we have started the development of phase II of our residential compound – Quartier Azuga. We are committed to offering in this area of Bucharest: Tei – Colentina, the best residential project, enhancing the value and image of the area, creating a vibrant and desirable community,” says Adi Steiner - Managing Partner - STC Partners

In fact, the entire vision and strategy of STC Partners is dedicated to setting new standards in residential living, combining modern living solutions with environmental responsibility. The project exceeds the minimum nZEB requirements imposed for new residential buildings by offering 50% renewable energy coverage during a year, leading to up to 70% savings in gas and electricity bill costs and low carbon emissions. "Our development sets a new standard in Romania, achieving unparalleled quality within its price range. By prioritising modern and sustainable living, we're elevating residential living expectations in the market." Steiner completes.

Phase II includes three buildings with 115 apartments, ranging from 2-room to 4-room apartments, including large duplex-type units, and will be completed by the end of 2025.

STC Partners continues the success story of Quartier Gramont, the boutique residential project near the Palace of Parliament, completed in 2021, focusing today exclusively on the development of Quartier Azuga located near the Tei area of Bucharest while planning new residential projects in the capital. The team of developers is composed of seasoned professionals and collaborates with companies with an exceptional reputation in the industry to successfully deliver projects.
