Bellemonde is a new residential complex in Pipera, a neighborhood designed as the residence of good taste. Development will begin in June this year, as a result of obtaining the construction permit. The project will cover a land area of over 41,000 square meters and will feature 93 villas and 71 apartments, built with an investment of over €40 million and an estimated delivery time of 24 months.
The Bellemonde project has received the construction permit from the Voluntari City Hall, with construction works on the 164 housing units scheduled to begin in June. The residential complex will include single-family homes, duplexes, townhouses and individual villas with 2, 3, and 4-room apartments, offering a variety of living options.
All buildings within Bellemonde are designed with a low height regime of a maximum GF+2 floors. The architectural approach, which involves withdrawn second floor for certain units, adds a sense of spaciousness and elegance. This solution gives the project a distinctive and pleasant atmosphere. Through refined architectural details, a limited number of housing units and a central area dedicated to socializing, as well as the generous landscaping of common green spaces, representing over 33% of the total area, Bellemonde harmoniously combines the essence of a modern lifestyle with quick access to urban amenities.
