The "Summer Choir 2024" charity concert will take place on July 20, at the Romanian Athenaeum, in partnership with the Romanian Red Cross. The event is scheduled for July 20, 2024, at 7:00 PM, at the Romanian Athenaeum, and aims to support the activities of the Romanian Red Cross in combating school dropout and supporting E.G.A.L. day centers for disadvantaged children and adolescents.

From July 15-20, 2024, Brașov will become the center of European choral music, hosting choristers from across Europe who will refine their skills under the guidance of internationally renowned musicians: Christian Ciucă (musical director and conductor), Steffen Schlandt (organist at the Black Church), and Liliana Faraon (soprano at the Paris Opera).
At the end of these intensive courses and vocal technique sessions, participants will perform an extraordinary concert in Bucharest on July 20, at 7:00 PM, at the Romanian Athenaeum.
The musical program of the concert is dedicated to the bicentenary of Anton Bruckner's birth and the centenary of Gabriel Fauré's death, including the works:
- Anton Bruckner - Psalm 146 & Virga Jesse
- Gabriel Fauré - Requiem & Tantum Ergo

The Summer Choir 2024 charity concert is dedicated to supporting the Romanian Red Cross. All funds raised from tickets sales will be donated to support the E.G.A.L. day centers of the humanitarian organization, thus contributing to the fight against school dropout.
