For nearly three decades, GTC has been a market leader in commercial real estate, driven by a long-term strategy that goes beyond prime locations and high standards of professional service. The cornerstone of GTC's success lies in fostering long-term, trusting relationships with clients. This is achieved through a deep understanding of individual needs and meeting expectations. A key component is encouraging employees to fully utilize the potential of the office space.
Tenants consistently value GTC's excellent locations, professional service, and proactive management. The company's performance in the first half of 2024 underscores the success of its innovative strategies in meeting the high expectations of today's tenants. This includes leaders in the pharmaceutical, medical, and banking sectors renewing their leases, alongside new partners from diverse industries such as IT, digital services, education, real estate, construction, energy, finance, and beauty.
Poznań leads the way
In the first half of the year, GTC signed contracts for 10 buildings across five cities: Warsaw (Artico and Aeropark Business Centre), Krakow (Korona Office Complex), Wroclaw (Globis Wroclaw), Katowice (Francuska Office Centre), and Poznan (Pixel and Globis Poznan). Poznań was particularly sought-after, with 8 of the 32 contracts signed in the first half of the year for properties in this city.
"We are proud of the trust our customers place in us. This demonstrates that our dedication to meeting tenants' needs and our commitment to environmentally friendly construction are yielding positive results. We remain committed to creating office spaces that drive growth and success for our clients," says Łukasz Jarzyło, Head of Leasing at GTC in Poland.
