Romanian developer HILS Development has announced a 28% increase in residential sales during H1 2024 compared to the same period of last year, while revenue was up 25% year-on-year.

The company reported that 356 units have been contracted out of the 850 planned for the full year.

More than 60% of the apartments were acquired with buyers' own funds, followed by those acquired with bank loans (22%) and developer-financed installments (17%).

"The six projects launched so far consolidate a community of over 25,000 residents. We continue to maintain a steady pace of over 1,000 completed homes annually, in line with our development strategy aimed at creating quality living conditions,” says Bogdan Bălașa, GM of HILS Development.

The company has continued to develop new major projects, including HILS Republica, HILS Sunrise, and HILS Titanium, and has completed three other projects – HILS Pallady, HILS Splai, and HILS Brauner – totaling a portfolio of around 2,600 new homes.
