Homing Properties, the real estate developer specialized in the medium and upper residential segment, invests €35 million in the construction of the residential complex of luxury villas in the northern area of Bucharest - Homing Village.
The project will be developed on a total land area of 65,000 sqm and will comprise 140 villas with a total built-up area of approximately 32,000 sqm and approximately 600 covered parking spaces.
"Homing Village comes to complete the housing offer in the north of the Capital and launches luxury, medium-sized villas on the market, which remain affordable to customers. Homing Village will benefit from a strategic location, with direct access to Pipera Boulevard (formerly Pipera-Tunari) and the Bucharest beltway. The residential complex of villas will be located just 10 minutes from the city center, in the vicinity of international schools in the north of the Capital, with easy access to the public transport network, including metro stations.
The developers provide clients with a wide range of amenities, including 5 different types of villas, from 3 to 6 bedrooms, each with a private garden and an optional swimming pool. The project will also offer generous green spaces, a multi-sports court, a children's playground, a fitness center, and an event hall. Also, 24/7 security will be provided.
Homing Village will be built in a modern and minimalist style, with innovative architecture, characterized by a contemporary design that combines quality and resistance, with spacious and airy interiors. Developers will focus on functionality, simplicity, and space optimization.
The residential complex of villas will be developed in four phases, with the first phase of the project scheduled for delivery in the last quarter of 2026.
