Impact Developer & Contractor, the first real estate developer listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, announces it started the delivery of 732 apartments completed in the new phase of development of the Greenfield Baneasa neighborhood, located in District 1 of Bucharest. Together with the district heating plant that will serve the entire phase, the infrastructure and 988 parking spaces located mainly in a multistory building, the apartments have a market value of over €100 million.
The new apartments are ready to welcome their owners, who can already move in, the process of signing the sale-purchase contracts starting with October 1st. Currently, 43% of these apartments are pre-sold and in the process of being handed over to the owners.
Among the units available for sale in the new development phase are studios, 2- and 3-room apartments, with areas ranging from 62 to 203 sqm. The new apartments have a low energy consumption, sustainable building materials and advanced technologies for thermal insulation, smart lighting, electrical appliances and ecological lighting being used in their development. In order to contribute to the well-being of the inhabitants, the site is based on sunshine studies, and the apartments have generous terraces of up to 98 sqm and ample glazed surfaces, making it easier for natural light to enter the interior, most of the day. The quality of the indoor air is ensured by high-performance ventilation systems, while the thermal comfort can be adjusted by each inhabitant, according to preferences.
The buildings in the new phase of development of the Greenfield Baneasa neighborhood are built with care for the environment, to BREEAM Excellent standards, so that the inhabitants can enjoy an eco-friendly lifestyle, with low costs for utilities and a minimal impact on the environment. This phase of the compound is equipped with a district heating plant, which in the future will use geothermal energy, as a promising and sustainable alternative to traditional energy sources, with multiple benefits for the environment, economy and society.

The new members of the community have within the neighborhood the Greenfield Plaza shopping center for shopping and restaurants, the Wellness Club by Greenfield for sports and relaxation, a private school, high school and kindergarten, as well as the state school and kindergarten under construction.
Greenfield Baneasa is a large-scale residential project with over 7,000 homes and over 17,000 inhabitants at its completion in 2028, located in District 1 of the Capital, built sustainably for a better urban future. The project is in the fourth phase of development out of the 6 planned. Since 2007, when the works for the first phase of development began, until now, Greenfield Baneasa has experienced a sustainable development, bringing new infrastructure and new facilities to the community: two private parks, numerous green spaces, playgrounds, convenience stores, a private campus with kindergarten, school and high school, the Greenfield Plaza shopping center, the Wellness Club by Greenfield sports center, public transport. As the project advances and approaches maturity, other new facilities are added such as a state school and kindergarten, church, nursery, infrastructure and new access roads.
The general contractor of the new development phase of the Greenfield Baneasa neighborhood is RCTI, an important player on the Romanian construction market, part of the Impact group since 2022.
