Business Forum
CTP, Europe's largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), strengthens its strategic partnership with FAN Courier by leasing an additional 4,500 sqm in CTPark Deva. This new expansion brings the total space occupied by FAN Courier in CTP's portfolio to over 10,000 sqm, with the company already established in CTPark Sibiu East and CTPark Craiova East.

CTPark Deva enjoys an ideal geographical location in Transylvania, in the heart of Romania, making it perfect for central distribution centers and manufacturing activities. The logistics park benefits from easy access to the A1 Motorway, which quickly connects Deva to the country's major logistics hubs, and offers access to public transportation, making it an excellent choice for both logistics' operations and the local workforce.

Jovan Radosavljevic, Managing Director CTP Romania, said: “Expanding our long-standing partnership with Fan Courier is a moment of pride for us. Having supported their impressive growth over the years, we're thrilled to take this next step together by adding a new location to our collaboration. This milestone reflects our unwavering dedication to helping our clients scale by offering flexible, strategically placed spaces tailored to their evolving needs. With CTPark Deva as a logistics hub for Transylvania, we are confident that Fan Courier will continue to thrive, leveraging the park's modern infrastructure and connectivity to support their ongoing expansion”.

CTP continues to expand its portfolio of industrial and logistics parks to offer clients tailored solutions and market flexibility. FAN Courier's expansion within CTPark Deva is a concrete example of how CTP's national network provides solutions that are not available on other logistics platforms, enabling clients to scale their operations quickly.

CTPark Deva offers direct access to the A1 Sibiu-Deva Motorway, located just 2 km from Deva's city center, making it ideal for both manufacturing and logistics activities. The logistic park features cross-docking facilities and benefits from access to public transportation.

In recent years, the city of Deva and its surrounding areas, have become a significant hub for companies in the automotive and high-tech industries, which are opting to bring their production closer to clients through the process of nearshoring. This trend has been accelerated by supply chain challenges caused by the pandemic and geopolitical tensions, coupled with new European Union regulations that are encouraging more and more firms to establish their operations in Central and Eastern Europe.

CTPark Deva has available spaces for lease of over 6,000 sqm and offers excellent conditions for companies in the logistics and manufacturing sectors that aim to optimize their distribution and benefit from its strategic location in the heart of Romania.
