America House announces the extension of its lease agreement with OLX and an increase in office space of 43%, reaching a total area of 1,663 sqm.

The vibrant and well-connected environment of America House has played a key role in supporting OLX's growth, expanding from 65 employees in 2017 to approximately 200 employees today.

America House has a total area of 28,806 sqm of Class A office and prime retail spaces, distributed across 8 above-ground floors, with 368 parking spaces located on 3 underground parking levels.
The building features a recently renovated 1,500 sqm World Class gym, 21 electric vehicle charging stations, three bicycle parking areas with a capacity of 60 bicycles, equipped with lockers and showers, and bicycles available for free rental through a dedicated app.
America House has achieved two prestigious international certifications: BREEAM in Use Outstanding and Gold ActiveScore, excelling in the Health and Wellbeing category with a perfect score of 100%.
Among the retail and service tenants are Starbucks, McDonald's, Velocita, the restaurants Gram Bistro, Sagakura, Noodle Pack, Submarine Burger, and Royal Bubble, along with 2 bank branches, two ATMs, the Cărturești bookstore, and a new Froo that will open during 2025.
The lease agreement was facilitated by Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas alliance, which also provides Project Management services for the office space fit-out and Property Management services for the building.
