Romanian football player Florin Tănase and FIFA agent Florin Vulturar have jointly started the development of a new residential project in Pipera, located in the northern region of Bucharest.

The project comprising 128 apartments is slated for delivery in 2026. SVN Romania has been appointed exclusive sales agent.

“The south of Pipera area is becoming a true residential hub of the city, mainly due to the very easy access to the major business centres in the Pipera and Aviației areas, but also due to the good connections to numerous top private education institutions, commercial areas of A3 Highway,” said Victor Vremera, COO and Managing Partner of SVN Romania.

This is the first residential investment of Tănase, who is currently playing for FCSB football team, the winner of last year's national championship.
