Primes to invest €20 million in Bucharest resi complex

Primes developer, part of R.U. Shalit group, is investing around €20 million in the construction of a new luxury residential complex in northern Bucharest.

The project will include 16 premium apartments with surfaces ranging from 96 to 241 sqm, alongside 50 underground parking spaces.

The complex will also integrate intelligent heating and cooling systems. 

Primes aims to deliver the project in one phase by the summer of 2026, with sales managed by NBI.

The developer has been present in Romania since 2007 and has completed to date a complex comprising 232 apartments in Bucharest.
