Pavăl Holding buys office building in Bucharest

Romanian real estate group Pavăl Holding, controlled by the Pavăl brothers, has taken over the Ethos House office building, in northern Bucharest, from Anastasios Gotsis for an undisclosed sum.

The purchase was confirmed by a company representative in a LinkedIn post.

“This boutique space, with its distinct personality, is a great addition to our portfolio,” wrote Narcisa Pătrulescu, Head of Real Estate Investments at Pavăl Holding.

The building has a leasable area of ​​around 8,000 sqm, distributed on the ground floor and seven floors above ground. The building also provides 100 parking spaces located in two underground floors.

KPMG Legal – Toncescu şi Asociaţii and KPMG Tax worked with the buyer on the deal.
