"The year 2024 was one of consolidation and continuous growth for Bento. In a technological and economic landscape marked by challenges, we maintained our strategic direction, focusing on operational efficiency, expanding our portfolio of services and solutions, and targeting new industries and markets to broaden our activity scope. This positive evolution results from the value generated by major ongoing projects and our strategy to capitalize on digitalization opportunities in both the private and public sectors while fine-tuning our processes to meet increasingly complex market demands. In 2025, our strategy remains centered on strengthening and expanding our IT services and proprietary software solutions portfolio, with a focus on developing and integrating new modules into the Bento Platform, increasing our presence in complementary industries by leveraging our expertise we gained in our established sectors such as energy and utilities and expanding our footprint in international markets. We are confident that Bento is well-positioned to seize market opportunities and continue its upward trajectory," stated Radu Scarlat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bento.

Throughout the past year, the company continued to implement projects alongside companies from a diverse range of industries, including utilities (energy, water, oil and gas), telecommunications, service and maintenance, distribution, media, food production, and FMCG. Bento also expanded its presence into new sectors such as real estate and transportation. As part of these collaborations, Bento teams have implemented and delivered the company's own solutions and services, tailored to the specific requirements of each field.

"Our focus has always been and remains on creating software solutions and IT systems that have a real and positive impact, delivering benefits to both users and the community. Every successful project reflects the dedication and passion of our colleagues, and this team spirit is what enables us to achieve continuous growth. We take a mature approach to digitalization, designing and implementing systems that deliver substantial long-term operational impact. We extend our gratitude to our partners, clients, and shareholders for their contributions to the company's growth and success. Looking ahead, we remain committed to our work with the same energy and determination that have brought us here," stated Vlad Bodea, co-founder of Bento and member of the Board of Directors.

Bento has been listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange since March 16, 2022, and is one of the few technology companies in Romania developing proprietary software products. In 2024, Bento was awarded the "Star of the Year" title for the AeRO market at the annual gala organized by the Romanian Association for Investor Relations (ARIR), recognizing companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange that have excelled in investor relations throughout the year.

Additionally, in 2024, Bento was selected to participate in the MoonShotX program, a strategic initiative launched by Raiffeisen Bank Romania in partnership with InnovX. This program is designed to support mid-sized Romanian companies with revenues between €5 and €50 million in their efforts to expand regionally and internationally.
