Adrem Group partners with ROCA Investments to develop the company

Adrem, one of the most important players in the energy services sector in Romania, aims to accelerate the company's development, amplify its potential and invest in strategic projects that support the modernization of the Romanian energy industry. To this end, the company is attracting private equity investor ROCA Investments for a minority stake of 20%. The transaction will be subject to the approval of the Competition Council and other competent authorities.

Founded in 1992 as a family business with 100% Romanian capital, the Adrem Group today has 1,600 employees and an extensive network of more than 30 offices nationwide. It is recognized for solutions and services dedicated to the energy sector, from complex general contracting projects for B2B clients to energy efficiency projects for B2C clients. It offers everything from development, modernization, digitalization and maintenance works of electricity grids to smart metering management. Adrem also develops and offers turnkey solutions for efficiency and smart consumption, dedicated to both B2B and B2C segments, such as photovoltaic systems, storage solutions, heat pumps and electric vehicle charging stations.

Adrem is the local market leader in SCADA automation, EPC contractor and pioneer in the implementation of Enterprise Asset Performance Management & Investment Planning (EAPM/AIP) solutions for distribution system operators in Romania. The group is actively involved in network digitalization and national energy security projects, such as the automation of BRUA, DN600 Ungheni-Chisinau, Isaccea 1 and Tuzla-Podișor gas pipelines. Adrem intends to use the attracted investments to expand and diversify EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, support the development of infrastructure dedicated to renewable energy and accelerate the process of digitization of electricity grids. These directions will generate growth opportunities, supporting the modernization of the energy infrastructure and strengthening Romania's energy security.
