The Expozitiei Area, a mixed-use hub
The Exhibition area is developing spectacularly, as a result of the construction works at the metro station that bears the same name, Expozitiei, on the future Gara de Nord-Otopeni line. Companies' interest has returned to this area also because of this.
In Expozitiei area, the existing functions of offices, exhibition spaces, hotels, educational and residential units are being completed with new developments, which include service and retail spaces.
The Exhibition Area is an important mixed-use hub, which offers all urban facilities, including proximity to the largest park in Bucharest, Herastrau Park.
