RE/MAX Romania, part of the world's leading real-estate company and the number 1 global franchise in this segment, strengthens its presence on the local market by inaugurating five new strategic franchises. The new offices, located in Bucharest, Brașov, Sibiu, Constanța and Baia Mare, are led by leaders with ambitious visions, focused on sustainable growth and long-term success.

In Bucharest, Georgiana Constantin and Octavian Răuță have opened the RE/MAX Top Advisors office, bringing with them extensive experience in sales and real estate. "We chose RE/MAX because of the notoriety of the brand, which brings quick results in all segments managed by a broker, as well as because of the education system offered by the company, namely the ethical and professional approach to a transaction," said Georgiana Constantin. Prior to joining RE/MAX, she accumulated over 15 years of experience in sales, entrepreneurship and real estate. The two B/Os' plans for the new franchise include not only reaching ambitious financial goals, but also creating a creative, innovative and safe environment for all partners, be they clients or colleagues.

Andrei Dodon and Emil Oprea are the two B/Os who set up the RE/MAX Estates office in Brasov. Their plans for the new franchise include using advanced digital technologies to optimize sales and marketing processes, expanding their portfolio of properties and building customer loyalty through high-quality service. "The RE/MAX franchise is the ideal choice for those who want to enter the real estate industry because of its solid global reputation and the confidence it inspires in a competitive market. The benefits offered include access to advanced technology and customer management, high-quality ongoing training and an extensive global network, all of which contribute to the franchisee's rapid growth in market share and revenue," said Andrei Dodon. Prior to launching in real estate entrepreneurship under the RE/MAX brand, he worked in the banking sector, where he gained more than nine years of experience in finance and customer relationship management.

In Sibiu, Andreea Băilă opened the RE/MAX Fain office, bringing with her five years of experience in real estate. "I opened a RE/MAX franchise due to the professionalism and high standards of the brand, which gives me access to extensive resources, high-quality trainings and the support of an experienced team. My main objective is to increase my market share in Sibiu and strengthen my relationships with our clients," said RE/MAX Broker/Owner Fain. Before opening her own franchise, she evolved from a real estate agent to a team leader and trainer within RE/MAX Romania. Her plans for the new franchise include continued investment in team training and promoting transparency and professional ethics.

The RE/MAX Solutions office was opened in Constanta by Anca Rusu and Karina Acatrinei, entrepreneurs with previous experience as an agent and recruiter in the RE/MAX network. Anca Rusu's professional training psychotherapist and Karina Acatrinei has worked for a long time in sales. "We turned towards a RE/MAX franchise due to the global recognition of the brand and the continuous support offered in training, marketing and operations. Our plans are to develop a solid client base and to do this we aim to recruit and train agents to provide premium service," said Anca Rusu. Their plans for the new franchise also include developing strategic partnerships to offer related and complex services to their clients.

In Baia Mare, Andreea and Nicu Cupșa opened the RE/MAX Nova office, motivated by their passion for real estate. "We have opted for a strong brand because we want to change the image of the real estate agent and have a say in the fair pricing of properties. Our goal is to be as visible as possible in the community," said Andreea Cupșa. With 20 years' experience as a chartered accountant, she decided to retrain and joined her husband in real estate. Their plans for the newly opened office include promoting transparency and professionalism in the local real estate market.
