This year we have received a record number of nominations - over 150 entries - making the job of our editorial team especially hard. While narrowing down the complete list of nominations to the shortlist below, the size and volume of each transaction, in addition to the impact of each project, deal and personality has had on the market during the last 12 months, was taken into account.

The winner of each Property Forum award will be selected by our exclusive jury committee that will meet at our jury dinner prior to the event.
