The new apartments are ready to welcome their owners, who can already move in, the process of signing the sale-purchase contracts starting with October 1st. Currently, 43% of these apartments are pre-sold and in the process of being handed over to the owners.

Greenfield Baneasa is a large-scale residential project with over 7,000 homes and over 17,000 inhabitants at its completion in 2028, located in District 1 of the Capital, built sustainably for a better urban future. The project is in the fourth phase of development out of the 6 planned. Since 2007, when the works for the first phase of development began, until now, Greenfield Baneasa has experienced a sustainable development, bringing new infrastructure and new facilities to the community: two private parks, numerous green spaces, playgrounds, convenience stores, a private campus with kindergarten, school and high school, the Greenfield Plaza shopping center, the Wellness Club by Greenfield sports center, public transport.
