Andreea Comșa brings over 16 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry, where she has established a solid reputation thanks to proven skills in navigating through challenging market conditions. Her journey in the industry began during the 2008 financial crisis, where she demonstrated that sales performance can be achieved even in difficult economic climates.

Her co-optation as commercial director of Speedwell Development comes in the context of expanding the project portfolio both in Bucharest and other regional cities in the country, and also in Poland.

Andreea Comșa succeeded Octavian Matache on October 15. After five and a half years spent at Speedwell, where he built the company's sales department and left his strategic mark on several key projects such as The Ivy, MIRO, Paltim, Spaceplus, The Meadows, Glenwood Estate, and influenced much of the company's decade-long history, Octavian has decided to retire and pursue new career challenges.
