Pharmacy chain operator Dr.Max has leased 11,800 sqm in ELI Park Iași in a bid to accommodate growing operations.

Of the total leased surface, warehouses will cover 10,500 sqm, while the rest will be occupied by offices.

“The investment is part of our long-term strategy to remain a reliable partner and to continue our steady growth, anticipating and meeting the ever-evolving market demands,” says Sorin David, Supply Chain Director at Dr. Max Romania.

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox brokered the transaction.

“It was a complex process of evaluating space opportunities in a less developed market from a logistics standpoint,” added Rodica Târcavu, Partner Industrial Agency at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

ELI Parks is jointly developed by Element Group, owned by Romania entrepreneur Ionuț Dumitrescu, and D Craig Holding, owned by Sacha Dragic, founder of gambling operator Superbet.
