Park Properties buys 15,000 sqm land plot near Bucharest

Business Forum
Real estate developer Park Properties has purchased a 15,000 sqm land plot on the shores of Lake Snagov, near Bucharest, for a luxury villa residential development.

The new development will consist of 30 luxury villas with unique interior designs, boat parking, and a water sports club. The market value of the Snagov project is expected to exceed €20 million.

“Given its location, right on the shores of Lake Snagov, 2 minutes from DN1 and 10 minutes from the A3 highway, the land is situated in one of the best positions on the shores of Lake Snagov (...) Within the private marina, SunLake Snagov will also benefit from a water sports club with activities such as water skiing, paddle boarding, wakeboarding, or monoskiing,” said Alexandru Mănăilă, managing partner and shareholder of the company.

SunLake Snagov will also feature a supermarket with parking spaces for both cars and boats, and villa owners with lake access will be able to do their shopping directly by boat. The supermarket will be part of a shopping gallery that will serve both the residential complex and the residents on the shores of Lake Snagov.

Park Properties recently completed 308 apartments in a Bucharest-based residential project. The company also purchased land on the shores of Pipera and Balotești lakes at the end of last year.
