New Kaufland store opens in Aiud

Kaufland Romania is expanding its national presence with the opening of a new hypermarket in Aiud, Alba County.

The new store has a total area of 5,200 sqm, with a sales area of almost 3,000 sqm. 

The hypermarket offers a variety of products, including fresh produce, a 15-metre assisted-service display case, a bakery, frozen products, groceries, and a drugstore. The store will also feature local products.

The new Kaufland is equipped with 14 checkouts, including 4 conventional and 10 express self check-out lanes. 

The location offers 229 parking spaces, including dedicated spots for people with disabilities (10), parents (8), and 5 stations for charging electric cars.
