Coresi Business Campus, owned by Ceetrus, is set to expand in H2 2026 with a new building featuring 11,000 sqm of leasable space.

The project represents the fourth development phase of the campus based in Brașov, which currently totals 75,000 sqm of modern office space and hosts a professional community of over 6,000 employees.

A first lease transaction for 2,000 sqm has already been secured ahead of the completion of the new U1 building. Nhood Services Romania is coordinating the entire commercialisation process on behalf of the owner, providing integrated leasing and management services.

Mihaela Petruescu, Country Director for Property Services Romania & Poland, Nhood said: "U1 brings added value to the campus through the combination of Class A technical standards, energy efficiency, and space flexibility".

Last year, Nhood secured over 5,000 sqm of new lease agreements within the office segment of Coresi Business Campus.
