iwis reaches 11,000 sqm in CTPark Oradea City

Business Forum
Industrial developer CTP has completed and handed over a 4,000 sqm extension for iwis at CTPark Oradea City. The project expands the company's existing 7,000 sqm production facility, bringing its total footprint to 11,000 sqm.

Delivered on schedule, the extension enables Iwis to increase its production capacity and support its strategy. The expansion is supported by the park's connectivity and proximity to key transport routes and the Hungarian border. Since launching operations at CTPark Oradea City in 2020, iwis has steadily expanded its local footprint.

"This project marks another milestone in our partnership with iwis, reflecting both their commitment to Romania and CTP's ability to deliver tailored, growth-ready real estate solutions that support our partners' objectives, further reinforcing Oradea's attractiveness as a location for industrial and manufacturing investments," says Iulian Ciobotaru, Regional Director West Romania at CTP in Romania.

"The expansion of our production facility in Oradea represents a step in strengthening our international manufacturing footprint," says Georgiana Ivaşcu, Managing Director of iwis Mobility Systems Oradea.

CTPark Oradea City is located near the Hungarian border along the European Route E60 corridor, which connects Western Europe to the Black Sea and provides access to both international and domestic markets. The park benefits from infrastructure, a skilled workforce, and proximity to Oradea International Airport. Across its three industrial parks in the city, CTP is approaching a total leasable area of 100,000 sqm following the completion of ongoing developments.
