Vastint Romania has announced a new leasing contract with Arcadis Romania, which will occupy 1,183 sqm in building A of Business Garden Bucharest. The global design, engineering and consultancy company joins a growing community of international tenants at the development.

Arcadis, with more than 34,000 employees in over 30 countries and 130 years of history, delivers sustainable solutions for infrastructure, mobility, urban development, water management and energy transition projects. The company works on projects ranging from transportation networks and airports to smart buildings, data centres and renewable energy infrastructure.

"Over the past few years, we have seen a clear shift in the way international companies choose their offices. The discussion is no longer only about square metres or location, but about creating an environment that supports culture, collaboration, and long-term business evolution," said Maria Badea, Senior Leasing Manager at Vastint Romania. "Companies like Arcadis are shaping the future of cities, infrastructure, and sustainable development globally, so their presence in Business Garden Bucharest is both a strong addition to our community."

"Our relocation to the new space within Business Garden Bucharest marks an important step for Arcadis Romania, as well as a strategic decision that is fully aligned with our values: innovation, care for people, and respect for the environment," declared Teodora Cornea, Country Director Arcadis. "The new location was exactly what we needed to support the evolution of our Bucharest team, providing us with a modern, well-connected environment tailored to the way we work today."

Business Garden Bucharest, located in the Orhideea-Grozăvești area, offers 43,000 sqm of leasable space and is home to tenants including Sparkware Technologies, Sanamed, Regina Maria, IKEA, Schindler and Tchibo. The project holds the highest LEED score in Romania, with Building A receiving 98 points - the highest score in Central and Eastern Europe.
