Portico buys two Mega Image stores in Ploiești

Portico Investments Group has acquired two grocery assets in Ploiești, Romania, both fully leased to Mega Image, the company announced on LinkedIn.

Mega Image is part of Ahold Delhaize, one of the world's leading food retail groups.

The assets comprise ground-floor condominium units configured as proximity convenience stores, benefiting from pedestrian footfall and public parking directly in front of and alongside the locations.

This transaction strengthens Portico's retail portfolio and reflects continued focus on resilient, income-generating urban assets.
