Business Forum
VGP, a European provider of high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate, signed a lease agreement with Miele Tehnica Brașov, a subsidiary of the German Miele group, for 2,000 square meters, within VGP Park Brasov. The company will use this space to assemble motors and pumps for Miele appliances (hoods, vacuum cleaners, washing machines).

Production will start in August, in a BREEAM Excellent certified building. This certification reflects VGP's commitment to providing modern facilities designed to meet the strictest standards of sustainability and energy efficiency.

VGP Park Brașov is developed on a generous area of approximately 360,000 sqm and offers a total potential of 180,000 sqm of leasable space.

The five buildings already delivered cover a total area of approximately 123,000 sqm and are designed with a strong focus on eco-friendly practices. Recently, VGP began construction work to expand Building B in VGP Park Brașov. This phase adds another 13,813 sqm to the existing 20,920 sqm already leased, thus responding to the growing demand for modern logistics spaces in the region.

VGP Park Brașov is strategically located with easy access to major transport routes, making it an ideal hub for companies in various sectors, including logistics, production, and distribution. The park offers state-of-the-art facilities designed to meet the strictest standards of sustainability and energy efficiency. In a rapidly expanding urban setting, Brașov has the fastest-growing VGP portfolio in Romania, reflecting the increased demand for Class A constructions near the production units in the western part of the city. The Brașov region is becoming increasingly attractive to new suppliers, benefiting from a rich workforce and the presence of rapidly growing production and distribution companies.

Through this new partnership, VGP reaffirms its commitment to providing top logistics and industrial solutions, tailored to the specific needs of its clients, thereby contributing to economic development and the creation of new jobs in Brașov.
