The project will be developed in two phases following an investment of €65 million. The Prima Astera complex will be built based on nZEB standards and will include 33 charging stations for electric cars.
“After the centre and north of Bucharest, where we have already built new communities, we have chosen to focus our attention on the western part of the city, which presents advantages for future residents due to its proximity to shopping centers, Drumul Taberei park, and the metro. At the same time, this area has seen spectacular growth in the last four years and offers an excellent perspective in terms of improving the quality of living,” says Adrian Stoichină, Co-CEO of Prima Development Group.
Prima Development Group currently owns other land plots in Bucharest, in various parts of the city, where it can develop another 3,500 apartments. The company has previously delivered two residential projects in Bucharest.
