Business Forum
Royal Town, the residential project in Iași, has announced a new development phase, with construction of the 12th building set to begin in April 2026.

The building will include 107 one and two-bedroom apartments, delivered fully finished "turnkey" according to the project's established standard. Construction work for this block will take approximately 18 months.

Royal Town has delivered approximately 1,200 apartments to date, with another 230 residential units scheduled for handover in 2026, including from buildings currently being completed. "Royal Town started almost a decade ago with a strong conviction: to provide people not just with apartments, but with a place where they want to live long-term," said Alina Istina, Sales Manager at Royal Town.

The complex includes an 800 sqm supermarket and pharmacy, sports halls and courts, children's playgrounds and landscaped green areas, beauty salons and medical offices, and cafes.
