Zinan invests over €30 million in Iași resi complex

Business Forum
Zinan company has launched the Vlaicu 87 residential project in Iași, part of regenerating the former Phoenix platform across approximately 56,000 sqm, requiring an investment of over €30 million in the first phase.

The project includes four 10-storey buildings with approximately 400 apartments and 460 parking spaces, organised so the complex interior remains completely pedestrian.

The development features nearly 15,000 sqm of green spaces, a private botanical garden, artesian fountain, relaxation areas and a completely car-free interior. Vehicle circulation is limited to the perimeter and underground parking.

Vlaicu 87 has strategic positioning with access to recently modernised public transport infrastructure, strengthening the "rapid connection" concept even without personal cars, said Sebastian Săvescu, Vice-President of the Romanian Architects' Association - Iași Branch, who designed the architectural concept emphasising balance between built and green spaces.

Residents will benefit from integrated facilities including kindergarten and after-school programmes, educational spaces, fitness centre, restaurants, co-working hub and smart home solutions. The project began with authorising a Lidl hypermarket, followed by the first residential phase, and included significant infrastructure improvements and dedicated public transport passenger platforms.
