Romania Sotheby's International Realty has listed six properties in scenic areas of Romania, ranging from the Apuseni and Vrancea mountains to the heart of Transylvania and the Bucegi foothills. The properties vary in scale and configuration, with potential uses spanning private residences, boutique hospitality and retreat concepts.

The largest listing is a 22-hectare estate near Zlatna in the Apuseni mountains, priced at €2.700.000. The property includes three independent residences, two lakes totalling around 500 sqm, a private spring that feeds the estate's reservoirs by gravity across 1.7 kilometres, stables and paddocks, and an orchard of approximately 9,000 fruit trees. Around 10 hectares are enclosed and secured with controlled access and video surveillance.

Also listed is Satul Prunilor, a tourism complex at roughly 700 metres altitude near the Bucegi mountains, offered at €2.100.000. The ensemble comprises seven traditional-style villas of approximately 245 sqm each and a main residence of around 450 sqm with eight en-suite bedrooms, giving a total capacity of up to 72 guests. The grounds include over 8,000 sqm of maintained green space.

In the Vrancea mountains, two further properties are for sale. Casa Tisaru, on a plot of over 5,000 sqm on the route between Focșani and Brașov, is listed at €550,000 and received the Debut Prize at the 2002 Architecture Biennale. The complex includes over 20 rooms across 15 accommodation units, a restaurant, event and conference rooms, a sauna, a fitness area and a tennis court. A second Vrancea property, in Soveja, spans around 4,000 sqm and is priced at €1.450.000, featuring three villas built with natural materials including wood and stone, an outdoor heated pool, a jacuzzi pavilion and a wine cellar set into the hillside.

In Cornu, near Câmpina and Breaza, a property set on 16,034 sqm above the Prahova Valley is offered at €1.500.000. The main house covers approximately 365 sqm with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and the grounds include a winter garden, terraces and a sauna. The sixth listing, Hubertus Lodge in Transylvania, extends across approximately 10.9 hectares and is priced at €950.000. It brings together two modern lodges and a traditional early-twentieth-century rural ensemble with a total built area of around 420 sqm, along with a cabin dedicated to wildlife observation.
