Industrial developer CTP has signed an agreement with Leroy Merlin Romania to expand its regional distribution centre at CTPark Bucharest West to 48,500 sqm.
This facility introduces an innovative concept that has already proven successful in other international markets and is now available to businesses in Romania.
PP's total footprint at the Park to around 90,000 sqm with the new facility comprising 40,000 sqm with the remainder of the building being used as an LPP distribution centre.
