ATAC by Auchan, discount hypermarket network, expands in Targu Mures

After Brasov, Ploiesti and Timisoara, Auchan is opening on 20 June a new ATAC Hiper Discount store, the lowest price format of the network, in Targu Mures. Under the slogan "Down with the prices!", ATAC stores offer low prices across the board, as well as a cascading discount pricing system for larger quantities, thanks to range optimisation and reduced operating costs.

Thus, the Auchan Târgu Mureș Sud hypermarket, located on 1 Decembrie 1918 Boulevard, becomes ATAC Hiper Discount by Auchan and offers customers a diversified range of over 17,000 products, including a varied offer of products made in Auchan's own laboratories, as well as a selection of useful services.

With an area of more than 6200 square metres, ATAC Târgu Mureș responds to consumers' purchasing power, offering a varied assortment of food and non-food products, ranging from fruit and vegetables, bakery and confectionery products, delicatessen, fresh fish and cooked food, as well as grocery items, detergents and cleaning products, cosmetics and grooming products, alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, seasonal and essential non-food products, at very favourable prices.

The new hyper discount format still proposes an easy and comfortable shopping experience, keeping the aisles wide, offering a fast route for customers, visible category signposting and a large number of tills (both tills with scanning and cashing services provided by Auchan cashiers and tills that can be operated in a self-check-out mode). More than 100 employees work in ATAC Târgu Mureș, and the store is open daily from 7:00-21:00.
