HelpShip, the e-fulfillment and logistics solutions provider, has reached 20,000 sqm of leased space at CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal, Romania's first industrial park developed by CTP to feature an air cargo terminal.

The expansion will allow HelpShip to offer next-day deliveries across Romania and Hungary, 48-hour deliveries to Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, and Slovakia, and 3-5 working day deliveries for the rest of the EU.

With the latest lease deal, the park is now fully leased, though land remains available for future development.

Ștefan Ciocan, Business Developer at CTP in Romania, said: "HelpShip's growth from 5,000 sqm to 20,000 sqm at CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal exemplifies how we support our clients as they scale."

Ștefan Popa, Founder of HelpShip, added: “Being part of this ecosystem strengthens our ability to scale responsibly and continue delivering value to our partners across Europe.”

CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal spans 14.4 hectares and currently comprises three buildings with a gross leasable area exceeding 65,000 sqm. It is equipped with essential infrastructure, including an aircraft parking apron and taxiway directly connected to the airport runway.
