CPI Europe completes over €165 million in asset disposals

Business Forum
CPI Europe has sold assets exceeding €165 million as part of its strategy to divest lower-yielding or non-strategic assets.

The group is selling the Budapest Marriott Hotel to a consortium of Hungarian investors, including the BDPST Group and the Diorit Private Equity Fund managed by Gránit Asset Management. This sale, which resulted from an open international tender, is valued at over €115 million and is pending regulatory approval.

Additionally, CPI Europe finalized the partial sale of IRIDE Business Park and two adjacent land plots in Bucharest to Alfa Group for more than €50 million.

These disposals align with CPI Europe's ongoing strategy to optimize its portfolio.
