Kwinta has been with Mindspace since 2017, having led the brand's entry into Poland and the launch of its first location, Mindspace Koszyki in Warsaw. Under his management, the company subsequently opened Mindspace Skyliner in 2023, with a further location scheduled to open at Skyliner II in mid-2027. Beyond his country responsibilities, he also oversees global strategic projects and new business development. Before joining Mindspace, he spent 12 years in the travel and hospitality sectors, including roles at LOT Polish Airlines, Fly Away Travel and Louvre Hotels Group.
The two markets present differing levels of flex-sector maturity. In Poland, flexible office space accounts for more than 3% of modern office stock in major cities, with Warsaw representing the most developed market for the segment. In Bucharest, flex space accounted for 2.3% of modern office stock in 2025, with more than 50 locations operated by nearly 30 providers, pointing to growth potential. Both cities are also experiencing constrained new office supply: no new office space was delivered in Bucharest in the first quarter of 2026, with vacancy rates in central locations at around 3.4–5.0%, while Warsaw faces similarly limited availability in prime areas.
