With over 20 years of experience in data, analytics and delivery center operations, Dumitrescu has been part of the center since its launch in Romania in 2016. Most recently, she served as Director, leading the Customer and Engineering, AI & Data teams.

She will lead the center alongside a senior management team including Alina Chiţu (Enterprise Technology and Performance & Finance Transformation), Andrei-Daniel Ionescu (Engineering, AI & Data and Human Capital), and Bogdan Ungureanu (Customer).

With 1,000 professionals, the center is part of Deloitte's global network of delivery centers.
